The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) was designated as the nodal agency for implementing public EV charging infrastructure under the Maharashtra EV Policy. This creates a clear institutional mechanism for planning and implementing charging infrastructure across the state and provides an opportunity to support large-scale deployment of EV charging infrastructure through technical assistance.
