This publication has been developed under the IKI-BMUB-supported Technical Cooperation project 'Wetlands Management for Biodiversity and Climate Protection' to take a closer look at the natural and cultural linkages of Indian wetlands. The book is divided into five interlinked sections on livelihoods, wise use, faith & spirituality, traditional knowledge, and conservation, shedding light on the harmonious coexistence of people and wetland ecosystems.
